FAQ's

booking

In order to save you time and make it as easy as possible for you to plan your vacation, we use instant booking.

This feature means that your booking will be confirmed directly after the payment process has been completed.

You will receive a direct confirmation on our webpage which says that the booking has been confirmed, as well as a confirmation with more information about your booking, via email.

Please check your spam/junk mail folders in case the email is there by mistake before contacting our customer service.

This very much depends on the accommodation. Some of our properties can be booked less than a year in advance whilst other properties can be booked several years in advance.

If you’d like to be ahead of the rest and book one of our properties far in advance, contact Kinga Lundblad for more information.

You can make a booking in our accommodations as late as the day before.

Check-in/Check-out

Within a couple of days of your arrival, we will create a WhatsApp group together with yourself and one of our representatives that will later check you in. We appreciate an approximate ETA for your arrival so that we can make your check-in process as enjoyable as possible.

During your check-in, our representative will guide you through the property, the nearby area, check-out procedures and answer whatever questions you might have.

Please note that the time for check-in starts from 5pm and the time for check-out ends at 11am.

You will receive the keys during the check-in process with one of our representatives.

PAYMENT

All current payment transactions are handled via our payment partner Stripe.
We accept any credit or debit card (Mastercard, Visa, Discover Network, American Express).

The security deposit ranges between 500-1000€ depending on property type and size.

Yes, the total amount you are given before the payment process for the booking includes VAT (23%) and cleaning fee.

Yes, we do provide invoices.

Just state your interest in receiving one and we will send it to your email.

Yes, we offer weekly and monthly discounts.
Weekly discount: 10%
Monthly discount: 20%

We also offer discounts to our previous guests who has created an account on our website, through email.

POLICIES

You can cancel free of charge until 5 days before arrival. Thereafter, you will be charged 50% of the total price if you cancel within the 5 days of arrival. If you do not show up to your check-in and have been unsuccessful in notifying us, you will be charged the total price of the reservation.

We understand that sometimes things happen, especially if you travel with kids.  

If something were to be damaged, please notify us about it so that we repair or replace it as quickly as possible.

If you have lost anything at one of our accommodations, please give us a detailed description of it and we will send it back to you by post.

Accommodations

The amenities differ depending on which accommodation we speak of, but all of our properties offer  fully equipped kitchens, A/C, Wi-Fi, toiletries, TV, bed clothing, towels, beach towels, washing machine, and more. As a general rule of thumb, no.

However, if you do wish to book one of our accommodations and bring a pet, contact Kinga Lundblad to see if we can be at your service.

No, smoking indoors is strictly prohibited in our accommodations.

If you wish to smoke, all of our properties offers outdoor spaces.

We ask you to please use the ash trays provided.

We offer linens and towels so save yourself the luggage space!

Yes, all of our accommodations has beach towels included.

Yes, we offer cribs and highchairs included in the price.

Please notify us before your check-in so that we can plan accordingly.

All our accommodations have Wi-Fi included in the price.

All our accommodations have a TV available.

Yes, all our accommodations offer A/C units and some of them also offers heaters.

No, we ask you to please be attentive if you have kids around the pool area.

Yes, all our accommodations offer toiletries such as toilet paper, soap, shampoo, and shower gel.

We have a policy to never enter your accommodation during your stay except if we have received a confirmation from you to do so.

HOUSE RULES

The house rules differs depending on the accommodation in question, but the rules which they all have in common are:

No pets are allowed unless we have approved it.

No unregistered guests are allowed to stay over.

Please do not exceed the legal maximum amount of people in the accommodation.

No parties or events are allowed in the property.

No illegal substances are allowed on the premises.

Please respect the noise curfew. No loud music or noise after 00h00-08h00, Monday – Sunday.

Please take care of your keys as lost keys can incur a replacement fee.

No smoking are allowed except for the outdoor spaces.

Please do not rearrange the furniture.

Please do your dishes before check-out and take out the trash before you leave.

Please treat our kitchen with the love and respect and be sure to ventilate the kitchen after cooking anything that could leave a strong smell behind. We provide the basics such as cooking items, electrical appliances, condiments, cleaning products as a starter pack. If any items from the starter pack run out during your stay, please let us know so we can replace them.

CLEANING

Yes, we take great pride in the cleanliness of our accommodations and our cleaning team adheres to all governmental guides and Covid-19 protocols.

The accommodation will be cleaned before your arrival and after your department.

If you wish to book additional cleaning for a fee during your stay, please contact Kinga Lundblad.

The cleaning fee ranges between 160-350€ depending on size of accommodation.

Nearby Areas

Algarve’s public transport offers mostly buses, but if you are planning on travelling long distances we would recommend renting a car. If you are planning to be in the nearby area, there are plenty of cost efficient taxi services available.

All of our properties are centrally located within a couple of minutes walking distance to the closest supermarket, restaurant, café and shop.

However, most of our villas are located on the Algarvean countryside where you trade the central location for a peaceful and serene environment. Here, a rental car would be advised.

Portugal is ranked number 6 on the list of safest countries in the world, according to Global Peace Index (GPI). A big reason for its popularity amongst tourists is because it is a safe country to be in which can be felt when you travel throughout Algarve, especially if you are travelling by yourself.
